In such a situation, Uttar Pradesh can go to the Supreme Court and now according to the Lucknow High Court, the reserved seats will be the seats of the general category candidates. Along with this, it is also declared by the court that they will have to form a committee to give reservation to the OBC category candidate and after that the court has also said that they have broken the rules in the elections of 2014 and 2017. Now they are conducting elections with the same data, so the court has rejected the data. After all these issues, now the court has given its verdict and it is expected that elections are going to be held in the month of April or May.
