NLU Delhi extends the application process for AILET (2023-24). Interested and eligible candidates who have not filled or submitted their form can enroll under 20 November 2022. This is the last chance for the candidates. AILET exam is conducted once a year for admission to BA, LLB. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. program.

What is the program wise AILET vacancy?
NLU Delhi has classified the seats according to the program and category. Those candidates who have applied as per the eligibility criteria and their educational qualification can go to the vacancy. Details are listed here:
Ball.B.(Hons) [FIVE-YEAR PROGRAMME]
110+10 Seats- 110 for AILET Merit and 5 seats for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO for direct admission based on merit.
Foreign nationals and OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET but they have to score 65% marks to qualify.
Additional Surplus Seats: One seat for Kashmiri migrants and two for residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
LLM [ONE YEAR PROGRAMME]
70+10 seats- 70 seats on AILET merit; 5 seats each for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIOs for immediate admission on the basis of merit.
Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET.
Additional Surplus Seats: One seat for Kashmiri migrants.
PHD. program
14+2 seats-(UGC-JRF: 5 seats, AILET merit -5 seats, Fellowship through AILET merit -4 seats and Foreign Nationals -2 seats).
UGC-JRF and Foreign Nationals candidates are exempted from AILET.
